Additional infos: This print is taken from a famous utopian project by Superstudio. The text on the print refers that  “the American part of Niagara Falls can be closed, leaving the Canadian (the horseshoe) part in business on its own. It is possible to build a basin with a rectangular plan and covered it with a specular steel sheet. Once the waterfall is reopened, the basin fills up in 33 minutes, zero seconds, and 94 cents. Only in this fraction of time (very short compared to the 20,000 years of the existence of Niagara), the water is approached to the clouds reflected geometrically. Then the mirror surface of the pelvis disappears. The structure can be calculated to remain submerged for a number of years. The collapse of the artificial structure creates a visible retreat of the American waterfall similar to the natural destruction by the relegation of the Canadian waterfall.
